Sheetline 90-X30 APET

The MEAF Sheetline 90-X30 is our medium sized APET extrusion line, which is suitable for extrusion outputs, up to 550 kg/hr.

Growing experience and new ideas for further developments have been integrated into our range of PET sheetlines, and proudly we can say that we have the ideal equipment for medium sized production companies!

The MEAF Sheetline 90 for A-PET has been specially designed for this material and is a combination of an efficient high output and a compact design!

The extruder and down-stream equipment are tailor-made for processing A-PET. The major bulk of the application areas covers the thermoforming grades of foils and sheets for disposable and food-packaging containers, produced within a thickness range of 0.18 - 1.2mm and generally wound into rolls of width varying from 500 - 800mm.

Co extrusion

Co extrusion systems can be used for adding (expensive) additives like anti-blocking or colour master batches in the thin outer layers, together with virgin material. Another well-known application is co-extrusion with G-PET, the so-called GAG sheet.

Antiblock applicator and dryer

An alternative to the co-extrusion with anti-static and/or anti-blocking masterbatches is the application of these masterbatches by means of an applicator and dryer installation, providing an economically alternative to the co-extrusion.
