MEAF’S INLINE COMBINATION FOR PRODUCING CUPS

As the demand for producing cups in larger numbers in an production environment that is synchronized and continuous, MEAF has over the past years, further developed and optimised its inline producing units.  With MEAF’s inline combination we have provided a solution that has integrated both production processes into one and created a closed-loop system, with an optimum synchronisation between all parts!

MEAF’s in-line combination with high-speed thermoforming machine KMS600

MEAF’s inline combination consists of an extruder (suited to provide the correct amount of output – based upon cup design, material thickness etc.), complete with a die and a take-off system specially designed for in-line projects completed with a single winding station for winding during start-up.

For the thermoforming section of the line, we have our KMS600 in combination with the advanced pick-up stacker which is able to stack cups as light as 2 grams up to 40 cycles p/minute! The re-granulation by means of a shredder and reefed system completes the line, ensuring a dust-free, closed loop system for continuous production!

All of MEAF’s thermoforming machines are equipped to be placed in-line.  Due to the in-house developed control system, which is utilized in all types of machines manufactured by MEAF, synchronization and connections between various machines has been integrated.  With the combination of the use of standard hardware, this system lends itself as an excellent “bridge”, ensuring proper working of the complete production line!
