MEAF receives EU grant for new project

MEAF'ss latest project, the building of a new thermoforming machine, the KMS600, it has been able to secure a grant from the European Fund for Regional Development (EFRD).

The purpose of this fund is to:

• Direct aid to investments in companies (in particular SMEs) to create sustainable jobs;
• Infrastructures linked notably to research and innovation, telecommunications, environment, energy and transport;
• Financial instruments (capital risk funds, local development funds, etc.) to support regional and local development and to foster cooperation between towns and regions;
• Technical assistance measures.

With MEAF's latest project, it is giving life to technical innovation, a reliable and sustainable design that decreases production cost, increases the production speed and the productflexibility.
